Access & Permissions
Users must be granted explicit permissions linked to their individual email addresses. Access is managed at both the report and page levels — the tabs visible to you depend on your credentials.
Visibility is determined strictly by Sales Rep assignments (not geographical hierarchies). Data is tailored to your profile and may differ from colleagues.
Access follows your granted territory — the Region, Market, or Submarket rows an administrator holds for you on the Assignments page. A Market or Region grant covers every submarket beneath it. Where you have no territory yet, the Scorecard falls back to the submarkets your own book has activity in, and goal comparisons are suppressed there because a goal belongs to the whole submarket, not to your share of it.
Key Metric Definitions
Daily Average Metrics
Average trucks run per ISD working day across the period selected in the Dashboard header. Includes trucks run on non-business days. Don't confuse this with DAT.
Across a multi-month period it is the working-days-weighted average, which is the same thing as total trucks ÷ total working days for the whole period — not a plain average of the monthly figures.
What the trend badge compares against depends on the period: a single month is compared against the entire previous month's final average, Year to Date against the same months last year, and Past Year against the 12 months before it. If any month of that prior window is missing from the reporting data the badge is hidden rather than computed from a partial comparison.
Total Trucks (Month) ÷ ISD Working Days (Month)
Average trucks run per ISD working day for the current year-to-date. Includes trucks run on non-business days.
Total Trucks (Year) ÷ ISD Working Days (Year)
Measures Daily Active Trucks (DAT) during a broker's standard business window (Monday through Friday, excluding federally observed holidays). By excluding weekend/holiday "noise," BOA (aka DAT) shows a broker's consistent weekday scale.
Broker Business Day Trucks ÷ Broker Business Days

Volume & Revenue Metrics
Number of brokers who have run at least one truck in the current month.
The unique number of drivers per broker in a boundary per day. See Additional Metric Details below for the full counting rules.
The total invoiced amount, based on the invoice date.
Total of all fees generated from PTR activity — Platform Fees plus ISD Pay Fees. Fees, including withdrawal fees, are based on the date the tasks were invoiced.
Fee Breakdown
Fees charged for use of the ISD platform.
Fees from ISD's payment processing and payout services.
Every fee amount on the Fee Breakdown table carries a small chip showing what that amount came to as a percentage of the same month's PTR — so Platform Fees of $441.8K on $24.62M of PTR reads 1.79%. The five chips on a row add up to that row's Fee %. Each chip is coloured against the month before it: green when its percentage held or climbed, red when it fell by more than 5% of that earlier percentage. The oldest month shown has nothing to compare against, so its chips stay grey. Note that a chip can be red while the dollar amount beside it went up — that is the point of it: the fee grew, but not as fast as the revenue it was earned on. The Fee Breakdown tab on a broker's own page reads the same way.
Additional Metric Details
An operator (driver) actively engaged for the day. A truck is counted only if its job assignment reached the final "checked out" status (work completed) and represents the ultimate recipient of the assignment (a "leaf node"). The operator's task must also generate non-zero earnings — internal/non-billable work is excluded — and "Test"/"DNU" entities are filtered out. A single physical truck can contribute multiple counts if its operator works across different geographical boundaries or for different brokers in the same day.
Time & Activity
Runs from the start of the month through the end of yesterday — the current day is not included, to avoid confusion from trucks still being added throughout the day. The report updates daily each morning, capturing changes from the day prior.
Number of business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federally observed holidays). This is the denominator used in every daily average calculation (MDAT, ADAT).
Business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federally observed holidays) where a specific broker ran at least one truck. This is the denominator used for BOA, also known company-wide as Daily Active Trucks (DAT).
Filters
Region, Market, Submarket, Sales Representative, and Broker apply to every visual on the page — KPI cards, charts, and tables. These are intentionally restricted to brokers assigned in the current year, so switching the chart's own Date Range selector to a prior year may surface brokers not present in these dropdown lists — that's expected, not a bug.
Only affects the Daily Truck Matrix table — the KPI cards at the top do not change based on this week picker.
Charts & Tables
| Chart / Table | What it shows | Appears on |
|---|---|---|
| MDAT & BOA (bar) | Each broker's MDAT and BOA value relative to others in the current filtered view. | Dashboard |
| Last Week Truck Numbers | Last week's truck numbers by broker and day. Date is adjustable. The "Total" row is a simple sum, not a calculated average. | Dashboard |
| Submarket Monthly Performance | Year performance by month: Brokers, MDAT, PTR, and Total Fees vs. goals, with red/green color coding for an instant health check. Table is the default view; use the Table/Chart switch above it to see one selected metric plotted month-by-month against its goal instead. | Scorecard & Goals |
| Submarket Monthly Fee Summary | Year fee breakdown by month: Platform Fees, ISD Pay Fees, Extended Payable, Early Withdrawal, Instant Transfer, and Total Fees vs. goals. Table is the default view; use the Table/Chart switch above it to see Platform Fees, ISD Pay Fees, or Total Fees plotted month-by-month against its goal instead. | Scorecard & Goals |
| All Broker Monthly Performance | Current-month performance per broker, date adjustable. Column totals can be misleading — summing percentages or days-worked isn't meaningful, and BOA across all brokers combined is not the same as DAT. | Broker Breakdown |
Goals
- Goals are set by leadership at the start of each year, with input from each sales rep's own estimates for their submarket.
- Goals are defined at the submarket level — each submarket carries its own individual targets.
- Submarkets without goals are not included in the goals total for their market.
- Goals appear as a metric and a "vs Goal" variance — green when ahead, red when behind.
BOA vs. MDAT — Which One Is Higher, and Why
MDAT averages a broker's trucks across every ISD working day in the month — including days the broker didn't run at all. BOA only averages across the business days the broker actually worked, restricted to weekday activity. Comparing the two tells you something different about a broker than either number alone:
This is exactly the logic behind the Utilization column on the Dashboard's "MDAT & BOA" chart — hover any badge there for the same explanation in context.
Worked Example — May 2026
| Broker | Total Trucks | Working Days | MDAT | Business Day Trucks | Business Days Worked | BOA | Reads As |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Example Broker 1 | 158 | 20 | 7.9 | 127 | 14 | 9.07 | Below Utilization |
| Example Broker 2 | 152 | 20 | 7.6 | 136 | 13 | 10.46 | Below Utilization |
| Example Broker 3 | 125 | 20 | 6.25 | 117 | 12 | 9.75 | Below Utilization |
All three brokers here worked well under 20 business days (12–14 of 20), but ran a strong number of trucks on the days they did work — so BOA comes in noticeably higher than MDAT for each of them. A broker who instead worked all 20 business days steadily, with no weekend activity, would show MDAT and BOA converging toward the same number.
